One of Roundex OÜ’s business activities involves handling ‘new old stock’ (NOS) products — items that remain unsold through our partner companies’ regular sales channels.

Since 1999, these partner companies have served as distributors for numerous brands in Home Audio, Car Audio, Marine Audio, and Electronics.

As distributors managing extensive portfolios, we inevitably face situations where certain stock remains unsold. This is particularly common in the audio and electronics sectors. Every year, manufacturers release new models, though improvements are often purely cosmetic. For example, car speakers remain standard at 4 Ohm and consistent in size (10 cm, 13 cm, 16.5 cm, etc.). Hidden inside car doors, these “older” models deliver the same high-quality sound as the latest releases.

Our inventory consists of products aged 3–10 years, some of which are now quite rare. While we have offered these to our dealer network, various factors mean they remain in our warehouse. These items include brand-new products in unopened boxes, showroom samples, and customer returns from our online channels. The final discount price reflects the specific condition of each item.

We do not spend resources on heavy advertising for these items, as our primary focus remains on current product lines. Furthermore, our stock levels are not high enough to sell in bulk pallets like Amazon.

Environmental Responsibility: Our commitment to the planet means we refuse to simply scrap these functional electronics. We believe that by listing them on platforms like Amazon and eBay, they will find their way to people who truly need and value them.
